I enjoyed my stay overall, especially because of the great location and the nice view from the room. It was very convenient to get around, and the surroundings made the stay more enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides. The room felt a bit old, and cleanliness could have been better. Also, the hairdryer didn’t work as expected, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location and view were definite highlights, but the rooms would benefit from updates and improved maintenance. PS. Sorry for not a good video I have only this one

We have had sooo many bad experiences with hotels in LA when we go visit Universal Studios!! It is so nice to say we have finally found our hotel for every trip!! We had a great stay, such a pleasant hotel with a clean and quiet neighborhood. The rooms were nice and clean, air condition worked great, the only 2 things i’d change is the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and if they offered breakfast other than that everything was 10/10 very friendly staff as well. Thank you Hotel Burbank we will be back to stay!!

Great maintenance team as well as front desk hosts are friendly and very helpful. Great location with plenty of places to shop and even eat and if do not feel like going out to eat this hotel has delicious food at decent prices. The pool is heated and maintained well. Great fitness center as well

We were getting married at nearby Castaway and booked at the Hotel Burbank to accommodate our guests after our block expired at other local hotels. Associate Director of Sales, Wei Jin provided our group with a code to use for our group that BEAT other area hotels by far. When I say he is a ROCK STAR, it is the truth, Ruth! Upon arrival, the staff was extremely polite and welcoming. Every staff member greeted our party with smiles and asked if there was anything they could help us with. The Hotel Burbank became the gathering location for our guests even if they were not staying at the hotel. The lobby, bar, and café areas were large enough to accommodate everyone whenever we wanted to gather and had a great vibe for watching the Lakers, Kings, or the two-time, back-to-back Champions, Los Angeles Dodgers games. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The big plus was the free shuttle to/from the airport (they will even take you to the nearby mall and restaurants but you didn't hear that from me). The gym was great and never packed. The prices at the café for coffee, pastries, and even lunch were a better deal than eating at a local restaurant. The outdoor area with the koi pond was a perfect location for photographs to capture memories of our wedding day before my groomsmen and I headed to the wedding venue. I cannot recommend the Hotel Burbank highly enough! Before you book at other chain hotels in the area, stop at the Hotel Burbank first and give them the chance to earn your business. You will see why I am praising them so much. We will definitely be back when in the area.

I chose this hotel to host a professional conference. We had 35 attendees in the Fireside room and 42 attending via video link. Perfect spot for a business meeting. The sales, catering and IT staff went above and beyond. The breakfast, snacks and lunch all were on time, plentiful and very tasty. We had 13 people who stayed overnight for the conference. They said the rooms were great. The shuttle to the hotel was a plus. The pool and gardends are very nice too. So glad I picked this property for the conference. Great location for a meeting.

This was my family’s first visit to California, I am glad I booked this hotel. The hotel was clean, staff was very nice, property overall is a little dated but did not take away from our enjoyment of the property. The staff at the front desk did inform us that the parking is not free contrary to other reviews. Over all great experience!

From our initial interaction wth the driver who picked us up at the airport, to the wonderful conversation and recommendations from Justin at the front desk, this has been a great experience. The bed slept great, the room was well equipped and very clean. It's not fancy, just really nice and comfortable. The property is located near lots of choices in dining and shopping. This hotel offers exceptional value.

This is my go-to hotel to stay at! I always stay here and love everything about it. The location is unbeatable, the building itself is spacious and big, everything is so clean, rooms are so comfortable, and don’t get me started on the staff. The staff sets the example of how staff at every hotel should be. The front desk people are amazing, kind, warm, and welcoming. Mark, Priscilla, and Justin are the best. Also the managers Dennis and Yulissa are so accommodating and helpful. The hospitality of the staff and managers at this hotel match the beauty of the hotel itself. I highly recommend staying here and will continue to stay here every time I need a hotel in SoCal! :)
