Beautiful comfortable hotel, and professional guest services. Very good energy! The front desk services are up to par! Friendly smiles, professional services, and helpful info about the area. Thank you's immensely goes out to the mgmt and their team! I have say that this hotel is beautiful from its modern and vintage decor. Its comfortable, quiet, and clean. Its classy vintage luxury looking and I'm glad its not looking like every hotel that copies each other. When I stepped into the room, its very spacious! There's a living room and small dining area with a small refrigerator and microwave, and a sink to wash your kitchen utensils (you have to bring your own utensils). It also has a sofa and four chairs with a round dining table. Very classic. The bathroom has a long width mirror, along with a bathtub. Its spotless, including the toilet! The short yet spacious hallway that has a nice sized closet and extra pantry room, led to the beautiful bedroom. The comfortable bed with plush pillows was made beautifully and the room was very clean. I couldn't find any dust! Its well upkept. My experience of sleeping here on the bed, made me relaxed! I had a well night's sleep. There's a full sized mirror in the bedroom, as well as a desk mirror and desk. There's plenty of room to place your clothes into the dresser too. Both the living room and the bedroom has televisions, which makes it convenient for indoor entertainment. The parking is next door in walking distance and is secure and plentiful. There's a fee for parking, but you are able to leave the premises multiple times and park again because its included in the parking fee. There's hotel service and restaurants in the hotel. I had hotel service and ordered the medium well moist patty tasting burger. The burger was delicious and the delivery was fast and friendly! Great maintenance team as well as front desk hosts are friendly and very helpful. Great location with plenty of places to shop and even eat and if do not feel like going out to eat this hotel has delicious food at decent prices. The pool is heated and maintained well. Great fitness center as well

This hotel saved our vacation! We unfortunately booked another hotel that turned out to be a nightmare so we left and stayed at The Burbank Hotel instead. It was FANTASTIC! The Cafe, the bar, the pool, the views the room and we'll above par and I'd even compare them to the W. However the real gems of this hotel were the staff. The kind and friendly staff at the café, the bartenders that made us late night coffee and poured the wine, the front desk with their smiles and efficiency. They saved our vacation. If I lived in Burbank I would eat breakfast at the cafe Monday through Friday, the kind lady that ran it and the gentlemen that brought our food made every start of the day special. Thank you Hotel Burbank staff!!!

I enjoyed my stay overall, especially because of the great location and the nice view from the room. It was very convenient to get around, and the surroundings made the stay more enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides. The room felt a bit old, and cleanliness could have been better. Also, the hairdryer didn’t work as expected, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location and view were definite highlights, but the rooms would benefit from updates and improved maintenance. PS. Sorry for not a good video I have only this one

The location is great downtown Burbank. There is a black Angus and BJs across the street. They have a convenient airport shuttle at no additional charge as well. Room was big.

Excellent staff. Convenient location for the Zoo, Universal Studios and others. Rooms were clean and spacious. The café has good coffee drinks and sweets. They are my new go to when I'm here. Thanks

Stayed for a weekend. Beautiful hotel, older but clean and well kept...Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the apartment style room. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Location is very close to freeway access and many amenities...Love the glass elevators.....Will definitely stay again...

This is my go-to hotel to stay at! I always stay here and love everything about it. The location is unbeatable, the building itself is spacious and big, everything is so clean, rooms are so comfortable, and don’t get me started on the staff. The staff sets the example of how staff at every hotel should be. The front desk people are amazing, kind, warm, and welcoming. Mark, Priscilla, and Justin are the best. Also the managers Dennis and Yulissa are so accommodating and helpful. The hospitality of the staff and managers at this hotel match the beauty of the hotel itself. I highly recommend staying here and will continue to stay here every time I need a hotel in SoCal! :)

Wonderful hotel. My Mom, uncle and me loved our 2 night stay here. Convenient location. You can walk in 1 minute to lots of restaurants and businesses on a nice street. Spacious clean room. Big lounge lobby area. Nice helpful concierge. Delicious food in restaurant. Easy parking out front. 5/5.

From our initial interaction wth the driver who picked us up at the airport, to the wonderful conversation and recommendations from Justin at the front desk, this has been a great experience. The bed slept great, the room was well equipped and very clean. It's not fancy, just really nice and comfortable. The property is located near lots of choices in dining and shopping. This hotel offers exceptional value.
